WHO IDEAL LIMIT
The World Health Organization says free sugars are best kept under 5% of daily energy, about 25 g for an average adult.
50 g
WHO UPPER LIMIT
The firm WHO recommendation is under 10% of daily energy, about 50 g. One can of cola gets you most of the way there.
